Shipping Information
Standard Shipping shipping is FREE on orders over $100 within the U.S.
Shipping is ONLY $4.99 for 7
- 10 day shipping
below $100 within the U.S.
PLEASE order early (7 - 10 days
before your event).
We ship as quickly as possible and offer some of the best
prices, shipping times, and rates available among custom birthday tutu sets.
If you cannot order early, you can
expedite your order by selecting an option at checkout.
You do NOT need to
expedite your Tutu set order if your event is 7-10 days away.
Simply write a note
at check out with the date you need your set by. Of course, if your set
does not arrive within 8 days, please email us so we can track your order.
Sometimes the post office does loose a package, so if you can contact us or the
post office as soon as possible if your set tracking number states "delivered"
and you do not have the package.
Rush orders needed within 2-5 days
can be expedited for $35.
Remember, standard shipping is only
$4.99.
Due to the nature of the
custom sets, not every order can ship the day it is received.
Rush orders must select the
appropriate shipping speed at checkout to ensure your order arrives on time.
We love when a MiaCarina.com fashions
ship internationally.
we wish that the shipping rates were
lower, but these are the lowest rates we can find with the US Post Office.
Fedex and UPS cost much more. If you prefer to ship with a company other
than the us Post Office, please email
dv@miacarina.com and we can ship your set with a different shipping company
with their shipping rate.

All of our designs are hand made in the USA.
Many sets are made to order.
Please allow up to 10
days for outfits & dresses to be completed and up to 5 days for tutu sets to
be completed.
I accept PayPal,
Money Orders and Cashier's Checks.
Most credit cards, debit cards, and checks can be used with PayPal.
You do not need a PayPal account to use the service.
This is a very secure service and I do not see your card information ever.
Please make your payment when you place your order.
All payments must clear before shipping.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS MUST PAY WITH PAYPAL.
Custom Designs?
At this time, MiaCarina.com cannot accept complete custom
work due to the new CPSIA restrictions.
I am always happy to customize a size. Simply email me
with measurements that are not standard.
Returns?
Please notify me within 24 hours of shipment arrival if
you would like a refund.

Clothing must be unworn and returned in the same condition
that it was received.
If you are unhappy with your sets, I will gladly exchange
or give a refund for standard size sets as soon as the items are returned and
have arrived at the MiaCarina.com address.
Any customization is non-refundable.
Common Questions Upon Tutu Arrival
What to do if my tutu arrives wrinkled?
Simply set your iron to the steam setting and put your
tutu on the ironing board. When your iron is ready to steam, blast the
tutu with steam for just a few seconds without letting the iron touch the tutu.
Turn the tutu and blast steam at any crinkled pieces. Shake the tutu to
fluff as if you were shaking out laundry. Hang up until ready to wear.
Steaming literally takes seconds, 30 seconds or less for a
perfectly fluffy and wrinkle free tutu.
In order to keep shipping prices low for our customers, we
use small boxes or packing envelops to efficiently ship tutu sets. This
does not ruin the tutu in anyway and we will be more than happy to guide you
through steaming or fluffing a tutu if you need assistance.
