This Garden Sprite Custom skirt, top and head sash is fun and COLORFUL for summer!
I just love how this set turned out! Created with almost all Amy Butler Sis Boom Fabrics, you cannot go wrong with this set for summer picnics, birthday parties, tea parties, vacation wear, etc. 

The great puffy twirl skirt is in 3 layers: an under layer with hot pink ruffles, a bright magenta netting layer, and the top is my favorite Sis Boom fabric with big, fun flowers.  The top has a halter style neck and has an elastic back for a comfortable no itch feel.  The top is also fully lined with soft cotton, adorned with little ruffles, and do not forget those cute fabric flowers on the back!  The hair sash is to tie your little ones hair back is a super fashionable way and also adorned with a cute fabric flower. You may substitute bows if you prefer.
