The top has 3 pretty fabric flowers, accented by matching funky big buttons and 2 layers of pretty ruffles. The top straps fasten by pretty Italian buttons. The pants have the ruffles sewn around the leg to give an extra wide bell shape and also adorned with fabric flowers. This set has all the fun of a dress, but appropriate for cooler days.
