Each tier is twice as wide for an extremely full and twirly dress.  This beautiful fabric is 100% cotton. Only 1 more of these cute little dresses will be made because there is just enough of the middle and bottom fabric. The set includes the Hat, undershirt, & twirly dress. Petti skirt sold separately.
