Twirly Girly Set "Puff"
The Twirly Girly Puff Pink and Green set is a cute and bright print for summer or birthday parties!  The halter is fully lined with soft cotton and has a ruffle and marabou flower.  This particular combo was inspired by the colorful and wacky world of Dr. Seuss.  If I lived in a Seuss storybook, this is what I would wear! The skirt has 6 panels of contrasting fabric and an elastic waist.
