from the high waist and has pretty ruffle accents.
The neckline has elastic and fabric straps.
The pants are extra Flared below the knee length.
I like this length because it protects little girls legs from
getting scorched on the swing set or other hot summer seats.
The hat is a floppy vintage style and just could not be
more precious!
